Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase, and we want to make sure you have a seamless experience when it comes to exchanges. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

NOTE: In order to exchange a product, an unboxing video is required In case of return for size issues, ₹100 will be charged to the customers for courier charges We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team within 1 day from the date of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange of the product at no additional cost to you.

Mismatched Products: In the event that you receive a product that doesn’t match the description or specifications provided on our website, please notify us within a day of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for an exchange.



Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Items Without Original Packaging: We can only accept exchanges for products that are returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items Showing Signs of Use: Products that show signs of use, wear, washed, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Replacements Process:

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your replacement. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost, within 9 calendar days.
